Our take on a traditional whiskey sour, or whisky, if you prefer the Scottish variety. This classic cocktail can pack a punch in a short glass splitting 2 parts liquor with 2 parts kombucha, like an Old Fashion. Or you can make it in a tall glass, cut the bitters and make a call it a sour!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 3 to 5 oz Ensign Kombucha
  • A Few drops Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 slice Orange

Instructions

  • Mix Bourbon & Ensign Kombucha
  • Drop in bitters
  • Add Orange and/or cherry for garnish
