6Mint leaves
½ozSimple syrupomit for a lower calorie kocktail
½oz Fresh lime juiceabout a ¼ of a lime
1 ½ozWhite or dark rum
3 to 5ozKombucha
Ice
Instructions
Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup and lime. Add rum. Fill glass with ice. Fill to top with Ensign Kombucha of choice. Garnished with sprig of mint. Serve in Collins Glass.
