Ensign Kombucha Mojito

Cocktails are wonderful, but at times they can be full of sugar. That’s something we try to steer clear of as much as we can at Ensign Beverage. Try our take on a quick, easy and refreshing taste of summer, the Ensign Kombucha Kocktail Mojito! This can easily be made into a delicious non-alcoholic mocktail by leaving out the rum.

Ensign Kombucha Mojito

Equipment

  • Cocktail Muddler

Ingredients

  • 6 Mint leaves
  • ½ oz Simple syrup omit for a lower calorie kocktail
  • ½ oz Fresh lime juice about a ¼ of a lime
  • 1 ½ oz White or dark rum
  • 3 to 5 oz Kombucha
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup and lime. Add rum. Fill glass with ice. Fill to top with Ensign Kombucha of choice. Garnished with sprig of mint. Serve in Collins Glass.
